Experience in immigration law related to international employment in Belgium? Looking for the ideal combination of a challenging and meaningful role and the flexibility to manage your own schedule? We are currently looking for a freelance Legal Expert to expand our immigration team ! Check at Job Description: Providing legal advice and support to companies and expats in international employment situations, with a focus on immigration and social security matters. Prepare and submit immigration applications (e.G. single permits, work permits, professional cards, visas, family reunification, residence permits, permanent residence, nationality). Project management of the immigration projects: coordinating closely with clients, expats, Be Welcome Consultants and government authorities, keeping expectations and timings aligned. Staying up-to-date with legislative changes. Skills & Expertise: Master degree in Law (Belgium) Strong knowledge and/or experience in Belgian immigration & social security law. Qualifications: Experience in immigration and social security Language skills: Dutch – French – English (fluently speaking and writing) Team player: willing to collaborate closely and share knowledge Good planning and administration skills Client-focused, comfortable interacting with Senior mgt levels Proficient with Word / Excel 3-5 years working experience is a plus Experience with expats/foreigners or having lived abroad yourself is a plus Interested?
